The agreement

These terms are between [legal name of the company] (“Keelsafe”, “we”) and the company that signs up (“you”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your company.

The service

Keelsafe is an online system for health and safety, quality, environment, training, documents and related records. It helps you keep and find your records; it does not replace your own judgement, your competent persons, or your legal duties as an employer.

Your account and your people

• You decide who gets a login and what each role allows, and you're responsible for what your users do.
• Keep passwords to yourselves; tell us straight away if you think a login has been misused.
• Only upload information you're allowed to hold, and nothing unlawful or harmful.

Your data

Your records are yours. We handle them only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement. You can download a full copy at any time (Settings, Data and privacy) and close the account, which deletes it.

Fees

A flat monthly fee per company for the plan you choose, never per user, charged by card through Stripe, which also issues the invoices. Prices are shown before you pay. You can change plan or cancel from Settings, Billing; cancelling stops the next payment. [Refunds: to be decided.]

Trials and pilots

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and take a backup every night, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. [Any service level: to be decided.] Keep your own copies of anything you must be able to produce at short notice.
